Given the radius of a wheel r = 50cm

                                                = 50 * 0.01

                                               = 0.5m.

Given Linear Speed = 14 m/s.

Now,

The angular velocity of the wheel = (v/r)

                                                        = 14/0.5

                                                        = 28 rad/s.

Hope this helps!

Answer:

28rad/sec

Explanation:

theta = arclength/r

consider the arc to be of length 14m

the angle in radians = 28rad

v( do not use vector sign ) = theta/t = 28rad/1sec
