also the speed of the car is 66 km/hr or

66km×1000/1hr×60.

=1100m per minute

so in 10min it covers 1100×10=11000m

now in one Revolution the car covers 2πr distance or the circumference.

that is 2× 3.14 × 0.4= 2.512m.

so to cover 2.512m it takes 1 Revolution to cover 11000m it will take

11000/2.512

or

4378.98 revolutions
