Step-by-step explanation:

to find the distance covered we need the circumference of the wheel

diameter of wheel = 80 cm

radius of wheel = 80/2 = 40 cm

circumference of the wheel = 2πr

= 2 × 22/7 × 40

= 80 × 22/7

= 80 × 3.14

= 251.2 cm

= 2.512 m

distance traveled in 1 hr

= 66 km

= 66000 m

distance traveled in 10 minutes

= 66000/6

= 11000 m

number of revolutions × circumference = distance traveled

let the number of revolutions be x

x \times 2.512 = 11000 \\ x = \frac{11000}{2.512} \\ x = 4379

therefore the number of revolutions made in 10 is 4379
