[In both Assam and Punjab the government used armed forces super scene of civil rights and other has methods to handle the problems it has been termed as violation of constitutional rights of citizens some observes opened that unless government took absurd serious action the nation will be put to threat some other observes friend that use of and constitutional powers by the government we can say democratic tendencies both the opinions of partly right and partly wrong with a few small distributions the situation in Assam and Punjab and normal now so we can hope is strength of a democratic polity in long run....
