let \: radius \: be \: x \\ height = 3x

total \: suface \: area = 2\pi \: r \: h \\ 10 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times x \times 3x \\ 4x =  \frac{10 \times 7}{2 \times 22}  \\  x =  \frac{70}{44 \times 4}  =  \frac{35}{88}

radius =  \frac{35}{88}

height = 3 \times  \frac{35}{88}  =  \frac{105}{88}
