Let the length of rectangle = x cm

Width of rectangle = x - 10 cm

Perimeter= 60cm

We know, Perimeter of rectangle =2(L+B)

Here, 2( x + (x - 10)) =60cm

= 2( 2x - 10) = 60

= 2x-10 = 60/2

2x - 10=30

2x = 40

x =40/2

x = 20cm

Now,width of rectangle = x - 10

So, here, 20-10 = 10cm

Therefore, Width of rectangle is 10 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

let

the length of rectangle=X+10

the wide of rectangle =X

so,

perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

=>2(X+X+10)=60

=>2(2X+10)=60

=>2x+10=30

=>2x=30-10

=>2x=20

=>X=10

hence:-

length of rectangle=X+10

=10+10=>20cm

wide of rectangle=10cm
