Width of the rectangle = 34m
Perimeter = 210m
Perimeter = 2(l+b)
210=2(l+34)
210÷2=l+34
105=l+34
Length= 105-34
=71m
Hope it helps:)

Given,

The width of a rectangle is 34 units.

The perimeter of rectangle is 210 meters.

To find out,

The dimensions of the rectangle.

Solution:

 \huge \:perimeter \: of \: rectangle \:  = 2(length + breadth)

Let the length of the rectangle be x.

210 = 2(x + 34)

210 = 2x + 68

210 - 68 = 2x

142 = 2x

x =  \frac{142}{2}

x = 71

Therefore the length of the rectangle is 71 units.

proof:

 \huge \: perimeter \: of \: rectangle \:  = 2(length + breadth) \\  \\ 210 = 2(71 + 34) \\  \\ 210 = 142 + 68 \\  \\ 210 = 210
