According to question

length=3/4x
perimeter=28cm
2(l+b)=28cm
2(x+3x/4)=28cm
x+3x/4=28/2=14cm
4x+3x/4=14cm
7x/4=14cm
7x=14×4cm
7x=56cm
x=56/7cm
x=8cm


length=3/4x
=3/4×8
=6cm
width =x
=8cm

perimeter=28
2(l+b)=28
