the width of a rectangle is two-third of its lenght . if the perimeter is 180m,find the dimensions of the rectangle

let the length be x and width be 2x/3

perimeter =2(x+2x/3)=180m
                or 5x/3=90m
                or x=54 m
so the length is 54 m and the width is 36 m
