The width of a rectangle is two – third of its length. If the perimeter of the rectangle is
135 cm, find the dimensions of the rectangle?

Let the length be x

breadth 2x/3

x+2x/3 = 135

5x/3 = 135

5x = 135 * 3

5x = 405

x = 405/5

x = 81

Length = 81cm

width 2/3 of 81 = 54cm
