Let length =x
Breath =2/3x
Perimeter =160
Perimeter =2(l+b)
160=2(x+2/3x)
80=x+2/3x
80=3x+2x/3
80=5x/3
240=5x
x=80/5=16=length
Breath =2/3x=32/3

Hi mate
B=2/3×l

Perimeter=2(l+b)
2(l+2/3×l)=160
2(3l/3+2l/3)=160
2(5l/3)=160
10l=160×3
10l=180
l=18cm
b=2/3×18
b=12

Hope it helps you

Thanks
