Here is your answer
Let the length of the rectangle is x

Breadth of the rectangle is 2x/3

Perimeter = 180 m

As we know the formula
Perimeter of the rectangle is = 2(L + B)
180 = 2(x +  \frac{2x}{3} ) \\  \frac{180}{2}  =  \frac{3x + 2x}{3}  \\ 90 =  \frac{5x}{3}  \\ 5x = 90 \times 3 \\ x =  \frac{90 \times 3}{5}  \\ x = 18 \times 3 \\ x = 54 \\ so \\ breadth \:  =  \frac{2 \times 54}{3}  \\  = 2 \times 18 \\  = 36
Therefore
Length = 54 m
Breadth = 36 m
