2( l + b ) = 80
$2(x + \frac{4x}{5}) = 80$
$2x+\frac{8x}{5 } = 80$
$18x = 80×5$
$x = \frac{400}{18}$
$x = 22.22$
$length = x = 22.22m \\ breadth = \frac{4x}{5} = \frac{4 \times 22.22}{5 } \\ = \frac{88.88}{5} \\ = 17.78m \\ so... \\ length = 22.22m \\ breadth = 17.78m$
