Let the length of a rectangle =x cm

Then, breadth =2/3x

Given,

Perimeter of rectangle =135 cm

2(l+b)=135 cm

2(x+2/3x)=135 cm

2(3x+2x)= 135×3

10x= 405 cm

x= 405/10

x=40.5 cm

Therefore, the length =40.5 cm

and breadth = 2/3×40.5 =27 cm
