ATQ
Width of sudha's Garden(B) = (⅔)L
Perimeter of Garden = 2(L + B)
40 = 2(L + ⅔ L)
40/2 = (3L +2L) /3
20 = 5L/3
20 × 3 = 5L
60 = 5L
L = 60/5
L = 12 m
Length = 12 m
B = ⅔ L
B =( ⅔) × 12 = 2 × 4 = 8 m
B = 8 m
Breadth = 8 m
Hence the dimensions of Sudha's garden is 12 m & 8m.
