width =3/4l
b=3/4 l
l=?

so perimeter=2(l+b)
84=2(l+3/4l)
84/2=1.75l
42=1.75l
l=45/1.75
l=25.7
l=26 cm approx

so,
length=26cm
width=26×3/4
=19.5cm
