let, the length of rectangle = x m

now breadth of rectangle= 3x/4 m

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(length+ breadth)

28= 2(x+3x/4)

14m= 7x/4

X = 56/7 m

X = 8m

now the length of rectangle is 8m

and the breadth = 3×8/4= 6m
