According to question,
X+Y = 197.76 kg ----- equation (1)

Y+7.125 = X
X-Y = 7.125 kg ----- equation (2)

adding equation (1) and (2), we get

X+Y+X-Y = 197.76 + 7.125
2X = 204.885
X = 204.885÷2
X = 102.4425


Put value of X in equation (1), we get
102.4425+Y = 197.76
Y = 197.76 -102.4425
Y = 95.3175

Weight of bag of rice is 102.4425 kg

Weight of bag of flour is 95.3175 kg
