d) Due to the low pressure area towards the west.

b) Due to the Earth’s rotation.

The air moves due to uneven heating of the earth's surface between the equator and poles, which results in the circulation of the wind across the globe. But the wind flow is not in the exact north-south direction because a change in direction is caused by the rotation of the earth.

The rotation of earth from west to east(pulls) changes the north-south winds to northeast-southwest direction and the south-north winds to southeast-northwest direction.

The flow of wind changes due to the forces exerted by the earth's rotation on its axis from the west to east. This deviation of wind flows due to earth's rotation is called the Coriolis effect.

And as the seasons of earth are effected by rotation of earth hence flow of wind also changes due to seasons of earth.
