if the wire is in shape of square of side 12 cm then total length of wire= 4( side)
=4(12)=48
now perimeter of rectangle with length 14 cm
=2( l+b)=2(14+b)
48=2(14+b)
24=14+b
10cm= b
=4(12)=48
