The work done by the gravity is virtue of the position of Object .

So the Work done in lifting the Object is Independent of time .

The Work done in lifting the Object = mgh

mass = 10kg height = 1m accelaration due to gravity g=9.8 m/s²

the Work done in lifting the Object = 10x9.8x1

the Work done in lifting the Object = 98 J ( j=Joule)
