because in slow motion we consider that change in kinetic energy is 0 so we consider slow motion

It means that we are not changing its potential energy into Kinetic energy. Beacuse if only even its 1% will convert into kinetic energy then calculation would br wrong which will give faulty results.

So thats why we use "slowly" word.
