we know as well, workdone is the dot product of force and displacement.

here, force between Q and q , F= KqQ/r²

but displacement = 0

[ we know, displacement is the minimum seperation between final position to initial position. here, if a particle start from point A on circle, finally reaches on that point B once again. so, displacement = 0 ]

so, workdone = F × 0 = 0
