Metal A and B will emit photo-electrons.

Explanation:

Energy of radiation  = hv

= hc/ λ

= 1240/410

= 3.02 eV

  • Since energy of incident radiation is greater than the work function of metals A and B
  • Thus metal A and B will emit photo-electrons.
  • Since work function of /c is more than 3 eV,  therefore it will not emit.
