The workers who work on daily wage basis or in unorganised sector have a quite low standard of living, and do not usually concern themselves with important issues like safety and health as paramount things.

But the reality is somewhat different. These workers need to be provided with proper health care as according to a survey, the manual sewage workers had an average lifetime of just 35-40 years which is drastically less than the world average. Also the lack of awareness causes them a hefty amount at the later stages of treatment.
