if the sum of all the digits in the number is divisible by 3, then the number is divisible by 3

eg 1:- 729

7 + 2 +9 = 18

18 is divisible by 3 thus 729 is also divisible by 3

eg2:- 343

3 + 4 + 3 = 10

10 is not divisible by 3 thus 343 is also not divisible by 3
