I would say nimble.

He's nimble because he's able to jump over the hurdles easily. It wouldn't be breakneck because it doesn't say anything about his speed; it wouldn't be prompt because that is usually a word not associated with sports. The other options are okay, but nimble makes the most sense to me. :-]
