HEY MATE ......

consider \: the \: given \: polynomial \\  \\ p{x} \:  = 5x + 2 \\  \\ put \: p{x} \:  = 0 \\  \\ therefore \: 5x + 2 = 0 \\  \\ 5x = 2 \\  \\ x = \frac{2}{5}
