The zero of the quotient when x²+5x+6 is divided by x+2 is 3 .

We divide the given polynomial x2+5x+6 by the monomial x+2 as shown below:

x+2x2+5x+6=x+2x2+3x+2x+6=x+2x(x+3)+2(x+3)=x+2(x+2)(x+3)=x+3

Hence, x+2x2+5x+6=x+3.
