3(-3/5)^2+a(-3/5)+b =0

27/25 -3a/5 +b=0

25b-15a=-27 this is equation first

now put x is equal to 7/5

3(7/5)^2 +a(7/5) +b=0

35a+b=-147 this is equation second

by solving equation first and second with elimination method then we will find the values.
