4x^2 - 12x + 9 = 0

4x^2 - 6x - 6x + 9 = 0

2x(2x - 3) - 3(2x - 3) = 0

(2x - 3) (2x - 3) = 0

x = 3/2 , 3/2

Thus, all the options are incorrect.

Solutions:

4x² - 12x + 9 = 0

4x² - 6x - 6x + 9 = 0

2x(2x - 3) -3(2x - 3) = 0

(2x - 3) (2x - 3) = 0

x = 3/2, 3/2
