I think somewhere the question is incomplete because thee is no clue to find the value of m
but for n
 here is the solution
6x^2+x+2n=0
where x=-3/4
6*(-3/4)^2-3/4+2n=0
6*9/16-3/4+2n=0
54/16-3/4+2n=0
21/8+2n=0
2n=-21/8
n=-21/8*2

n=-21/16
