Quadratic polynomial whose zeroes are 3 and 4 is:-
x^ - (sum of zeroes).x + product of zeroes = 0
or, x^2 -(3+4).x +(3)×(4) = 0.
or, x^2 - 7x+ 12 = 0.

AnswEr :-

• The quadratic polynomial is x² - 7x + 12

Given :-

• Zeroes of a quadratic polynomial as 4 and 3.

To Find :-

• The quadratic polynomial.

SoluTion :-

Firstly we've to find the sum of zeroes :-

• 3 + 4

7

Product of zeroes :-

• 3 × 4

12

=> α + β = 7

=> α × β = 12

We know that the formula for finding quadratic polynomial is :-

- (sum of zeroes) x + (product of zeroes)

→ x² - (α + β) x + (α × β)

→ x² - (7) x + (12)

- 7x + 12

Hence, the quadratic polynomial is x² - 7x + 12.
