equation would be like this
{7x}^{2}  -  \frac{11x}{3}  -  \frac{2}{3}
so multiply 3 in this polynomial we get
21x²-11x-2
21x²-14x+3x-2
7x(3x-2)+1(3x-2)
(7x+1)(3x-2)
so the zeroes are
x=(-1)/7 x=2/3
I hope you would like my answer.
