Hey Pretty Stranger!

 \sf \: i) \: n_g =  \dfrac{c}{v_g}

 \rightarrow \sf \:  \dfrac{3}{2}  =  \dfrac{c}{2 \times  {10}^{8} }

 \rightarrow \sf \:  c = \dfrac{3}{2}   \times 2 \times  {10}^{8}

 \rightarrow \sf \:  c = 3  \times {10}^{8} m {s}^{ - 1}

 \sf \: i) \: n_w=  \dfrac{c}{v_w}

 \rightarrow \sf \:  \dfrac{4}{3}  =  \dfrac{3 \times  {10}^{8} }{v_w }

 \rightarrow \sf \:  v_w \: = \dfrac{6 \times  {10}^{8} }{4}

 \rightarrow \sf \:  v_w \: = 2.25 \times  {10}^{8} m {s}^{ - 1}

Hence, we obtained the speed of light in water = \sf\: 2.25 \times  {10}^{8} m {s}^{ - 1}
