The sentence, ‘their Glory can never fade’ can be changed into an interrogative sentence in two ways.

Firstly, by using a ‘Wh’ question, that is, the sentence would be like this: ‘When can their glory fade?’

Secondly, a tag question can be formed, that is; ‘Their glory can ever fade, can it?’

It cannot technically be changed into a Yes/No question, because there is no word Yes or No at the beginning of the sentence.
