Let say Two numbers are X  & Y

and X > Y

=> X  - Y  =  18   Eq1

& X +  Y  = - 13   Eq2

Adding both Equations

=> 2X  =  5

=> X = 5/2

putting X = 5/2  in  Eq2

=> 5/2 +  Y = - 13

=> Y = - 13 - 5/2

=> Y= -31/2

Numbers are  5/2  & - 31/2   or ( 2.5  & - 15.5)
