The theme of the poem "Mirror" is very deep and philosophical. It says that one must be always truthful without any preconceptions like the mirror. One should be objective and unbiased. It also tells us that nothing in our lives remains constant and one must understand and accept these changes that are inevitable. One must not creat an allusion that youth and beauty last forever. He /She should accept the laws of nature. The poet finally conveys that the key to happiness is to be like the mirror --- exact and truthful and also accept even bitter realities of life..
