Here, you is subject, be- helping verb, turned- third form of verb, by- preposition, then- object.
Rules for changing active into passive voice :--
1)Change subject into object and object into subject.
2)Use third form of verb (v3)

4)Use 'by' before the object.
5)The verb is changed according to the new subject.
