There are no exact Rs for solar cell or else it will be 0 since the reason is any ideal solar cell doesn’t have any losses and there is no resistance in the solar cell.

Thus so theoretically value is possible but by means of Rs module=NRscell= 1/ ( dI/dV) at V=Voc shunt resistance value can be gained.
