Solution

Let’s assume

We have X number of 10 paise coins and;

Y number of 25 paise coins.

So,

X + Y = 7.75 — Eq 1

0.1X + 0.25Y = 7.75 —Eq 2

Solving both the above equations, we get

X = 15 & Y = 25
