there are 10 tube wells in a lane of 50 houses, what could be the long term impact on the water table? what is rain water harvesting?

Water table will be decreased nd rain water harvesting is the process of storing rain water under the ground .
The rain water which are collected in the roof of the house get inside the tank under the ground
