There are 120 boys and 57 girls in a school . If 5 percent of the boys leave and no new student are admitted what percentage marks of the whole school will be girls

Girls left = 5% of 120 = 5/100 x 120 = 600/100 = 6

Girls remaining = 120 - 6 = 114

Total students now left = 114 + 57 = 171

% of boys of total students = 57/171 * 100 = 5700/171 = 33 1/3 = 33.33%

Boys is 33.33% of total students.
