OK, let's starts with the family members.

Number of bouquets given by one member of the family
=3

Total no. of bouquets given by each members
= 4x3
=12

So, one family gives 12 bouquets to each other.
So, total no. of bouquets given to each members of 15 families
=15x12
= 180

It is given that one family gives one extra bouquets to other families.
Means in one family, they are giving 14 bouquets
So, total bouquets given to other families are
=14x15
=210

Total bouquets given
=180+210
=390

Hope this helped you a lot
