GIVEN

TO FIND

The greatest number of objects that can be loaded on a truck?

SOLUTION

The above problem can be simply solved as follows;

Volume of 1 metallic sphere = 4/3 (πr³)

= 4/3 × (3.14 × 40 × 40 × 40)

= 5,632,000/7

= 268190.4761 cm³

Density of metal = 7g/cm³

Mass = 268190.4761 × 7 = 1833233.3327 grams

Mass in kg = 1833.2333327 kg

Mass of 15 spheres = 27,498.495 kg

Maximum load taken by 1 truk = 6000 kg

27,498.495 Kg taken by = 27,498.495 /6000

= 4.58 ≈ 6

Hence, The answer is 6.
