There are 2 jars. One jar with the capacity of 5 ltrs and another with a capacity of 3 ltrs. You should fill 4ltrs of water using both of these jars, there's no measuring instrument available to measure. How will you fill 4 ltrs of water?

firstly take a 3 ltr jar fill it with water fully put the water from 3 ltr jar to the 5ltr jar then again fill the 3 ltr jar fully with water put in the 5 ltr jar which already contains 3 ltrs of water now we will be left with 1 ltr water in the 3 ltr jar. pour out all the water from 5 ltr jar and put the 1 ltr water in it from 3 ltr jar and now fill 3 ltr jar with water and put it in the 5 ltr jar which already contains 1 ltr water and thus you will be able to measure 4 ltrs of water.
