There are 2 types of iron[ferric and ferrous] .both have their own valency.what if we are to make the formula of iron sulphate,which valency should be used????

Ferric valency would be used here because ferrous is a part of earth's core the chemical equation for iron sulphate is given below -

CuSO4 + Fe - FeSO4 + Cu.
