let say probability of getting red pen = x

then probability of vetting blue pen = 1/3 of probability of red = x/3

probability of red + blue = 1

x + x/3 = 1

3x + x = 3

4x = 3

x = 3/4

probability of red = 3/4

red pen = (3/4)×20 = 15

probability of blue = 1 -3/4 = 1/4

or (1/3)(3/4) = 1/4

blue pen = (1/4)×20 = 5

or 20 - red pen = 20 -15 = 5

5 Blue Pens
