There are 192 laddoos in 8kg and 12 boxes are needed to pack all the laddoos.

Given : There are 24 laddoos in 1kg. 16 laddoos can be packed in 1 box.

To find :

  1. Number of laddoos in 8kg.
  2. Number of boxes needed to pack all the laddoos.

Solution :

We can simply solve this mathematical problem by using the following mathematical process. (our goal is to calculate the number of laddoos and number of boxes)

Here, we will be using general arithmetic method.

So,

In 1kg there are = 24 laddoos

In 8kg there are = (24 × 8) = 192 laddoos

And,

16 laddoos can be packed in = 1 box

1 laddoo can be packed in = (1/16) box

192 laddoos can be packed in = (192 × 1)/16 = 12 boxes

Hence, there are 192 laddoos in 8kg and 12 boxes are needed to pack all the laddoos.
