There are 25 blue balls, 20 green balls and 15 red balls. Find the probability 1) A blue ball 2) A ball which is not red

Answer: No of blue balls= 25

No of green balls = 20

No of red balls = 15

Total number of balls = 25+20+15

                                    = 60 balls

1) probability of finding a blue ball = 25/60

                                                          = 5/12

2) probability of finding a ball which is not red = 45/60

                                                                              = 3/4

 3) probability of finding a green ball = 20/60

                                                              = 1/3
